Dr. Green, John - Manager of the Climate Change Strategy Unit at IT Power, has worked in the renewable energy field for over 12 years, having completed his PhD focusing on renewable energy in developing countries. He has managed a wide range of projects funded by UN organisations, the EC and the World Bank, and is author to several publications on renewable energy and energy policy. Over the last year he has worked on many Clean Development Mechanism projects, including designing a US$ 1.3 million CDM capacity building programme for industry in China, developing a baseline study for a 30MW windfarm in Inner Mongolia, and working on several projects investigating the opportunities for bundling small-scale projects under the CDM.

Mr. Bhardwaj, Nishant - Manager of the Climate Change Group of IT Power India and has over 8 years of experience in environment management, climate change and specializes in the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM). He has worked on various capacity building projects in India which includes CDM prospects for coal bed methane sector in India, RE baseline for Grid connected small scale CDM power projects, Establishing institutional capacity building for small scale CDM projects in India, CDM Opportunities in Biomethanation Master Plan of India. Nishant is involved as key professional in CDM methodology development and projects documentation. He holds Master of Technology (M.Tech.) from one of the most prestigious Indian technical institution -Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi. He also holds Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Environmental Sciences from University of Delhi. Prior to the employment with IT Power India; Nishant was working as Environmental Scientist with Development Alternatives (research and consultancy organisation). As a consultant Nishant has contributed to assignments for international and national agencies such as the EC, World Bank, UNDP, UNEP, SDC, FCO, Defra, MOEF, and MNES.

Mr. Yadav, Siddharth specialises in Clean Development Machanism (CDM) and Climate Change funding. He has worked for more than 5 years with United Nations, Ministry of Environment, Govt. of India and also other multilateral funding organisations on the 'Global Environment facility' (GEF) portfolio. He has been instrumental in validation, verification and issuance of 'Carbon Credits' for many CDM projects under the SGS, UK Climate Change programme. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and also holds a Master's in 'Environmental Change and Management' from University of Oxford, United Kingdom

Mr. Hart, Terence is a world-renowned expert in renewable energy, resource conservation and rural development with more than 30 years experience in project management. A Mechanical Engineer, he spent his early professional years in the British aerospace industry where he worked on reduction of noise emission from the engines of the famous Concorde.
Mr. Hart is the Country Manager (India and Morocco) for the IFC/GEF USD 30 million Photovoltaic Market Transformation Initiative and Investment Officer for the Solar Development Group in both the countries. He has worked as a consultant for the World Bank, the European Commission, IFC, UNDESA, DFID, USAID, WHO, UNDP, UNSO, UNDTCD, UNEP, UNICEF, FAO, UK-ODA, and GTZ, and PATH. Appropriate technology development for cold chain management and hazardous medical waste disposal has been his focus area more recently. He is a member of TECHNET, the policy/strategy steering committee for the WHO Expanded Programme on Immunization. Mr. Hart has authored over 30 technical papers.

Mr. Srinivasan G. has more than 21 years experience with financial management. A post-graduate from IIM Ahmedabad, he has worked with Wimco, SRF and Wipro. He was also CEO with Wescare India Ltd., a power management company in the renewable energy sector.
As consultant he has handled projects in the areas of Finance, Risk Management, Due Diligence and Acquisitions for clients in the manufacturing, infotech, and telecom sectors. His major achievements include implementing a home-grown Business Resource Planning System for Press Metal Corporation; implementing a PC-based Validation and Support System for Corporate Planning in SRF; generating Rs. 10-20 million per annum in the money markets for SRF; marketing financial products worth more than Rs. 10 billions in Wipro Finance; installing a user-friendly Credit Evaluation System for Borrowers at Wipro Finance; structuring safe, innovative funding supported by asset management to service investors, consumers and suppliers at Wescare; and initiation of a Comprehensive Windmill Insurance Policy—the first of its kind in the world.
