Technical expertise in IT Power encompasses small hydro, wind, solar PV, solar thermal, tidal and biomass systems.

The company's focal activities include CDM project development comprising provision of project design documents, baselines and other pre-validation services, the provision of policy analysis, technical assistance, capacity building, project identification, programme management and market research and analysis.

• determining how small-scale projects in West Africa can cost-effectively be supported under the CDM.
